Mission-Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) is a contracting mechanism by which Tetra Tech ARD’s professional services can be accessed quickly and economically. Similar to an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), MOBIS was created by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) to enable streamlined procurement from pre-qualified contractors.
Tetra Tech ARD, a GSA contractor, was awarded a MOBIS contract (GS-10F-0093M) to provide a range of professional services that include Consulting, Facilitation, and Surveying. Each SIN emphasizes key activities.
Global Experience
Since its founding in 1977, Tetra Tech ARD has carried out over 800 projects in more than 90 countries that have helped create the essential conditions for successful economic development. As holders of 11 USAID IQCs, we have provided technical services that range from rapid mobilization and intervention to complex, multiyear, multimillion dollar projects.
Tetra Tech ARD helps local governments in developing countries and in the United States access credit markets, and provides technical services in the area of policy, legal, and institutional reform.
Why Use GSA’s MOBIS Contract Mechanism?
- It’s Efficient: Streamlined procedures allow competitive bids to be awarded with minimum procurement time and administrative burden.
- It’s Effective: Awards based on best value enable good business decisions to produce successful results.
- It’s Economical: Favorable schedule prices are equivalent to the contractor’s best commercial customer prices.
