Information & Knowledge Management
All of ARD’s projects begin with a clear statement of the results they are intended to achieve. The effective application of information and communications technologies is critical to successful project implementation and also to measuring the performance of the project in achieving the intended results. ARD’s Information and Knowledge Management (IKM) delivers expertise across all its sectors in three focus areas:
Our IKM team includes specialists in these focus areas with experience developing online communities and websites; e-learning systems; institutional knowledge management systems; data capture, processing, and transmission; information security; systems analysis, design, and development; and integration of information and telecommunications technologies.
ARD is vendor independent, working with private sector providers to create sustainable solutions for the developing world.
