We encourage consultants with specialized skills in the following sectors to submit their qualifications to be considered for inclusion in our Professional Roster:

To be included in the Professional Roster, forward your CV (Curriculum vitae or qualifications) to consultants@ardinc.com. Be sure to include the words "Consultant Roster" in the subject line. Requirements generally include 5-10 years of international field experience, a post-graduate degree, good language skills (Arabic, English, French, Spanish or Russian preferred), and experience with USAID or multilateral funding agencies (such as World Bank).
Once your CV has been reviewed and approved, you will be notified and sent a Roster Packet to fully register in the Professional Roster. We encourage previously registered consultants to submit their updated CVs on a regular basis, preferably every six months. Please highlight any new experience, new positions, skills, languages or countries, and indicate your current availability. E-mail your updated documents to consultants@ardinc.com and include the words "Updated Consultant" in the subject line.
